Each year, the Annual Conference on Advancing School Mental Health brings together leaders, practitioners, researchers, family members, advocates, and other stakeholders in the school mental health field to share the latest research and best practices. The conference emphasizes a shared school-family-community agenda to bring high-quality, culturally responsive, and equitable evidence-based mental health promotion, prevention, and intervention to students and families as part of a multi-tiered system of supports. This conference is hosted by the National Center for School Mental Health (NCSMH; funded in part by the Health Resources and Services Administration). This Presenter Toolkit provides guidance on planning, preparing (and recording if applicable) your presentation. We’ll step you through from start to finish.

Disclosure Slide

Presenters at the Annual Conference must include a disclosure slide indicating whether there is a relationship that should be disclosed. This disclosure slide should be listed before your learning objectives and content.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to Christina Walker at by August 31, 2022. Refunds will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for student and presenter registrations. If an attendee does not cancel their registration in writing prior to the deadline date, they are still responsible for the registration fee. No refunds will be administered after August 31, 2022.

Group Discounts
For groups with 10 or more people, a $10 discount per person is vailable. Registrations and payment for the entire group must be received at the same time to be eligible for this discount. Contact Christina Walker with any questions about group discounts at


A limited number of waived registrations are available. To apply, upload aletter explaining why you are making this request and describe how you will make use of the information gained at the conference in your community. If you need conference continuing education, you must cover that specific rate of $45.
